My Terms and Conditions

- It will be possible for you to change the link after it is posted on the page, but I reserve the right to refuse changing the link

without giving a reason.

- If your link is accepted and published on the homepage, you cannot get a refund

- The site will I online for at least 5 years, but I aim to keep it online for many more years

- No links to pages with criminal/obescene/offensive content will be accepted, and I decide what is appropriate for my site. If you

submit an im link that is rejected, you will have the opportunity to provide an alternative, otherwise your money will be refunded and

the planet will be available again.

- The owner of the www.buy-a-planet.com shall not be held responsible for any time that the homepage is off-line, I will

try to keep those times to a minimum

- If your link is accepted and you later change the content of the linked site to show offensive/obscene/criminal material then your link

will be removed until you provide a new one, and you will not get a refund of any kind for the link downtime

- If for whatever reason in the future you want your image and link removed from the homepage, you can do that, but you will not get a

refund and the space will become publicly available again

- You must have the authority to provide link for the web site you submit

- Funds must be fully received and cleared before the planet is linked

- I reserve the right to change my terms and conditions as well as my prices without prior notice.

- Once you have ordered and the funds have cleared (e.g. in my PayPal account), I will aim to get your planet linked to your site in 1-

48 hours
